NEW Yoga Classes at Solaris: Buti Bands!

We are thrilled to announce that Angela has become certified in two new yoga classes: Buti Sculpt and Buti Bands. We want to take a minute to tell you a little more about each one of these classes and hope that you will join us at Solaris to experience them! Up next is Buti Bands!

Buti Bands
Buti Bands is a HIIT-based (High Intensity Interval Training) workout targeted to lift and shape your booty while toning and strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle groups targeted during the high-intensity intervals.
